AP EAPCET (Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) is a state-level entrance examination conducted in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a qualifying examination for admission into various professional courses in Engineering, Agriculture, Pharmacy and Medical streams in universities and colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The exam is conducted annually by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) on behalf of the  (APSCHE).

AP EAPCET consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for engineering stream and Botany Zoology Physics and Chemistry for the Agriculture  stream. The duration of the examination is 3 hours.

The score obtained in AP EAMCET is considered for admission into various undergraduate courses in engineering, agriculture, and medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Every Year EAPCET Exam Will be Conducted 50 Days After IPE(Intermediate) Examination Schedule.
This Year IPE Examinations will be completed on 30 March 2023 So We Can Expect The Dates of Examination as Follows.

What is EAPCET ?

EAPCET Stands for  Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test. It is a state-level entrance examination conducted in the Andhra Pradesh for admission into undergraduate professional courses such as Engineering, Agriculture, Pharmacy and   in various colleges and universities across the state. The exam tests the applicants’ knowledge in various subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry for Engineering Stream and Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry (for Agri and Medical courses).

Eligibility

To be eligible for EAPCET or to Attempt EAPCET Examination, the following criteria must be met:

Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Age Limit: The candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year in which you are appearing for the examination. Note:There is no upper age limit.

Qualifying Exam: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Percentage: The candidate must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination (40% for SC/ST candidates).

Domicile: The candidate must satisfy the local/non-local status requirements as laid down by the government of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.

Note: The eligibility criteria may vary slightly based on the college and course for which the candidate is applying. It is advisable to check with the college or university for the most up-to-date information.

APEAPCET 2023 SYLLABUS

The syllabus for EAPCET covers the following subjects and topics:
 

Mathematics: Algebra, Trigonometry, Vector Algebra, Probability, Calculus, and Coordinate Geometry. 

Physics: Units and Measurements, Motion in a Straight Line, Motion in a Plane, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy, and Power, System of Particles and Rotational Motion, Oscillations, Waves, Heat and Thermodynamics, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents, Electromagnetic Waves, Optics, Dual Nature of Matter and Radiations, Atoms and Nuclei, Electronic Devices, Communication Systems. 

Chemistry: Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry, States of Matter, Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, Chemical Thermodynamics, Solutions, Equilibrium, Redox Reactions, Hydrogen, s-Block Elements (Alkali and Alkaline earth metals), Some p-Block Elements, Organic Chemistry- Some Basic Principles and Techniques, Hydrocarbons, Environmental Chemistry, Chemistry in Everyday Life. 

Biology: Diversity in Living World, Structural Organization in Animals and Plants, Cell Structure and Function, Plant Physiology, Human Physiology, Reproduction, Genetics and Evolution, Biology and Human Welfare, Biotechnology and Its Applications, Ecology and Environmental issues.
