TS Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET- 2022) for admission into 3 / 5 years law courses (LL.B.) and TS PG Law Common Entrance Test (TSPGLCET-2022) for admission into LL.M courses offered by State Universities in Telangana State including their affiliated colleges for the academic year 2022-23 will be conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telangana State.

Age Limit: There shall be no Age restriction for the candidates seeking admission into LL. B. Courses, through appearing at TS LAWCET as per the Bar Council of India Lr. No. BCI/D/2337/2018(LE/Cir.4) dated 26.11.2018

 

Domicile: Candidate should belong to the State of Telangana /Andhra Pradesh as defined in G.O.(P).No. 646, Education (w) Dept., dated 10-07-1979 and its subsequent amendments.

TS LAWCET 2023 Preparation Plan

  1. Understand the Exam Pattern: The first step in preparing for any exam is to understand its pattern. The TS LAWCET exam consists of three sections: General Knowledge and Mental Ability, Current Affairs, and Aptitude for the Study of Law. The exam is of 90 minutes duration and has 120 objective type questions.
  2. Create a Study Plan: Once you understand the exam pattern, create a study plan that works for you. Allocate enough time to each section, and cover all the topics in each section. Ensure that you allocate more time to the topics that you find challenging.
  3. Study Material: Collect the best study material available in the market or online, such as books, online tutorials, or videos. Ensure that the study material you choose covers all the topics in the syllabus.
  4. Practice Previous Year Papers: Practicing previous year question papers will help you to get familiar with the exam pattern and the types of questions asked in the exam. This will also help you to identify your strengths and weaknesses and focus on them accordingly.
  5. Take Mock Tests: Taking mock tests is an essential part of exam preparation. It helps you to get familiar with the exam environment and improve your time management skills. Analyze your mock test performance and focus on improving your weak areas.
  6. Focus on Current Affairs: The Current Affairs section of the TS LAWCET exam covers events from the last one year. Keep yourself updated with the latest news, and read newspapers daily to stay updated.
  7. Revise Regularly: Revise the topics you have studied regularly to retain the information. Focus on the topics that you find challenging and revise them multiple times.
